Ryan Commesso is a Senior Loan Officer with First Equity Funding, having joined the company in December of 2019. Born and raised on the Jersey Shore, Ryan is a fourth-generation native of the area and he is passionate about helping others. Ryan firmly believes the relationship-building business model at First Equity is paramount to the company’s success. He specializes in fix-n-flip/bridge loans, as well as 30 year fixed mortgages for investment properties. While primarily focused in the Northeast, Ryan has connections all over the country, including New Orleans, LA (and the surrounding areas), Virginia Beach, VA, and Tampa, FL to name a few. When he is not helping investors get funding for their properties, Ryan enjoys spending time with his family and friends, going to concerts, and traveling the world with his beautiful wife, Kayce.
