We provide real estate investment loans for up to 90% of the "as is" value of the property.
Investors can receive 100% of the construction money needed for repairs and/or renovation of the property.
What Does This Mean?
If the purchase price of the property is $200,000 and the renovation cost is $100,000, we would potentially provide a loan of $270,000, provided the ARV of the property is around $415,000.
